Welcome to QuestionSeed. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. QuestionSeed is currently in a private beta, offered free of charge to invited testers.

Who can use it

You must be an adult (the age of majority in your region) to create an account. QuestionSeed is intended to be used by a parent or guardian together with their child. During the beta, sign-up requires an invite code.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Because your family’s records are stored on your device during the beta, we cannot recover them if you lose access to the device or clear its data. Please keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.

Acceptable use

Please use QuestionSeed as intended — for real conversations with your child. Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service, and don’t use it to harm anyone.

The content

The lessons, questions, illustrations, and coaching material are ours (or licensed to us) and are provided for your personal, family use. The words your child says and the notes you write are yours.

Beta software — provided “as is”

This is early software. It may change, break, or lose data. It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta, including loss of the device-stored records described in our Privacy Policy.

Not professional advice

QuestionSeed offers conversation prompts and general parenting tips. It is not medical, psychological, or educational-diagnostic advice.

Ending use

You may stop using QuestionSeed and delete your account at any time (see Support). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the beta invite system.

Changes

This is a beta draft and will be finalized before public launch. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
